Onboard Expert Witness
Default launch path: Base Platform Invite
Onboarding is separate from billing operations. Use this page to invite a new expert witness into Base Platform first. Only use the advanced page when the expert specifically needs Toposphora to manage time tracking, law-firm billing, and Stripe Connect onboarding.
This uses your current admin session. Base Platform sends an activation invite to the expert and returns the activation link for copy/paste fallback.
Add an optional note to include with each email.
Free invites create comped accounts (no Stripe) and email an activation link.
The trial-link button just emails the public start-trial page; the lead adds a card themselves.
